Key responsibilities

You will be a part of our liner team working with several of the shipping lines we represent both in the Ro/Ro, breakbulk and container segment. Together with the team you will manage and serve our customers as well as our principals in the shipping lines. You need to actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business and service needs.
You will take care of bookings, documentation, shipment planning and operation. System updates, follow-ups and communication with customers, partners and agents are other daily tasks.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with a service-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, high motivation and drive. You have a genuine interest in our customers and you enjoy meeting their requirements, finding solutions and offering high quality service. In this role, you need to enjoy having many tasks running simultaneously. You need to be flexible and well-organized.
Your written and verbal communications skills are great and you are fluent in both Swedish and English. You are a fast learner with good computer and IT skills. Previous experience from managing customer relationships and from shipping / logistics is a requirement.
