Together with the team you will manage and serve our customers as well as our principals in the shipping lines. You need to actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business and service needs.<br \/>\nYou will take care of bookings, documentation, shipment planning and operation. System updates, follow-ups and communication with customers, partners and agents are other daily tasks.<\/p>\n<h3>Who are we looking for?<\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a person with a service-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, high motivation and drive. You have a genuine interest in our customers and you enjoy meeting their requirements, finding solutions and offering high quality service. In this role, you need to enjoy having many tasks running simultaneously. You need to be flexible and well-organized.<br \/>\nYour written and verbal communications skills are great and you are fluent in both Swedish and English. You are a fast learner with good computer and IT skills. Previous experience from managing customer relationships and from shipping \/ logistics is a requirement.<\/p>\n<p>As a person, we think you are humble, proactive, positive and business-minded. You find it easy to build and maintain long-term relationships with your customers and partners.
