– Thanks! I have recently started working at Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics as a Business Developer for our Freight Services department. I have been working with freight forwarding for over 35 years and my area of expertise is airfreight, something I will also focus on at Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics. However, I also master most of the transport modes!

What part of your job at Scandinavian Shipping & Logistics is the most fun?

– Working here means that I have the opportunity to learn a lot about project forwarding, while at the same time I can develop my previous and new contacts with customers and partners around the world.

What is the most important thing you have learned during your career?

– Over the years, I have learned that there are many different cultures in the world that one has to try to understand, respect and have in mind both in general and in business. If you manage that, it gets more fun to get your work done

What drives you to go to work in the morning?

– Going to an office where there is a good atmosphere with a lot of knowledge around, makes me feel comfortable, motivated and happy.

What do you do when you do not work?

– When I am not working, I am happy to socialize with the family. I also like to hike, travel, watch football and spend some time in my garden (after some pressure from my family, to be admitted).

Tell me something unexpected about you!

– Something unexpected … Hm, I have tried to learn French, Russian and Mandarin, unfortunately, without great success … But English, Dutch, German and Swedish works well!
